Rich Piana arm measurements

Everybody asks so here it is: 
Wrist 9 inches
Forearms 18 inches
Arms 23 5/8 inches
My goal was to have my forearms the same size as my neck which I finally accomplished!! At one time my neck was 22 inches which looked stupid! Actually had no neck!! Lol! 5%ers Whatever it Takes!
