Main accomplishment in sport: Transforming myself into the first drug-free 320-pound giant in history and being able to compete at the pro level in strongman competitions. All that despite a light-bone frame, a late start in serious strength training at 24 years old, and weighting only 159 pound at that age.

And that’s for those reason, that I can proudly said that I’ve done what’s never been done before. Which is transforming a 159-pound geek into a 320-pound strongman in seven years.
