Zyzz is the 

6’1″, 205 lbs, 8% Bodyfat

Aesthetic bodybuilder Aziz ‘Zyzz‘ Sergeyevich died at 22 from an heart attack in a sauna.  The autopsy revealed a previously undiagnosed congenital heart defect and had a family history of heart problems.  Not to mention that his alleged steroids use probably contributed to his premature dead.

Look at his Zyzz’s Bodybuilding Bible, an interesting book.
